The James Fitzgerald Legacy, a 501c3 not-for-profit organization, operates within the framework of the Monhegan Museum of Art & History.  Its Board is comprised of the following Directors who volunteer their time and efforts to preserve, protect, and promote James Fitzgerald’s work:

The Legacy is in the process of researching and developing a Catalogue Raisonné of James Fitzgerald’s lifetime artistic output. If Fitzgerald’s artwork is part of your collection, or if you are an art dealer who has his work consigned to you for sale or auction, we are seeking information about individual paintings.
